My brothers
I think thomas really miss his big uncle in my hometown. He had great time with my brothers. The other day he asked me ' mom , do you miss your brothers ? " i said 'yes', and he answered me ' i know it', then really made me miss them so much. His little brain has been thinking too much.
Father and Son
It's really nice to watch thomas play with his dad, recently they both get along each other so much, today when they're in bed, thomas climbed to his daddy and said " dad, you smell like 'da4 jou4' (my older brother in chinese) ", his dad said ' oho...this is not good', i told him ' don't worry, it really means thomas likes you so much because he used to get along with his uncle everytime we visited hometown'. He really enjoyed playing with my brothers. He is a lovely boy and caring about people so much and very playful. The most words he writes often recently are 'dad', 'mom' , 'thomas' , and all his friends names.

Talk about my parents
Today Thomas said to me " mom , do you miss your mom and dad ? " I told him I did. He said to me " remember last time we went to the farm and there are two rocks and one for your mom and one for your dad and we sent flowers to them. " I said yes. I remembered and he asked me why they were in there. I told him that my father was born there and that's why he was buried there and my mom was buried there because she married to my dad. He kind of understood that, also he mentioned that he rode motorcycle with my uncle. He seems remembered a lots of details when we visited my hometown last August. He said he had fun over there and want to go back again.

High School Friends
I happened to get touch with this friend from high school. He is a great guy. I kind of like him a lot. We've been exchanging emails Evey day. We talked a lots of things and we share our hobbies and thoughts with each other. We're good friends and soul mates since we kept touch with each other after those 24 years. He is also in the states, north part of the country. We never spoke a word when we were in the high school. We were in the different class. His classroom were cross the hallway from ours. But we remembered each other a lot. He seems know me a lot. It's really good to have such a friend.
Dad and Son
Thomas really enjoys playing game with his dad, i guess , starting from at his 3 years old. Last night they played two-person baseball inside the house by daddy's rules and Thomas were very happy and this morning he even asks him playing again right after his soccer game. I've seen the strong bound between son and father, Thomas has been begging for his dad's companion. One time his dad planed to tuck him in the bed, but his dad changed his mind by the time he went to bed, thomas was upset and he asked me to hold his daddy's picture and fell asleep. Next day he seemed depressed. I think Thomas is such a sensitive boy.
Soccer Passion
This morning Thomas had a soccer game, it's freeze this morning , unseasonal cold. All 6 of boys in the team, only 2 left including Thomas were willing to play. Thomas played hard, and played very good as a defence position. He didn't have gloves on and his hands were freezing but he never complained like other boys, he just loves playing soccer. I hope he can keep that passion and I love to see his playing. He has good sense of it.

Soccer
Thomas really enjoys playing his soccer, this is the 3rd season for him. for the 1st he didn't touch the ball at all, just playing with his friend Joshua. 2nd season he started to focus on balls and got scores every single game. Now this season he really knows how to play and get the right position and try to score. I think he has passion on it and just loves running and competing.

Last Thursday , just before good Friday, Thomas brought back a paper and he explained to me that Mrs. Taylor (his teacher) wanted parent read it to him. Here it is:
Yellow color - God's perfect light
Black - our sins
White - the cleansing of our sins
Red - Jesus' blood shed on us
Green - new life of us
Blue - Baptism which identify us to Jesus
Purple - crown of life.

Easter Sunday
We had really good Easter Sunday worship. Easter is always so special for me. Jesus is risen. All joy and happiness are coming from heavenly Father. I really think it's true and I experienced those a lot.
Thomas had met his friend Isaac yesterday to see good by to him. I helped him pick a little gift for Isaac, it's crystal picture frame and we put a little message on the bottom of the frame - I'll miss you Isaac, love Thomas. Isaace loved it. We wish them the best in Denver, Colorda.

Amazing Grace
Here is lyrics:
Amazing Grace(how sweet the sound)
That save'd a wretch like me !
I once was lost, but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.
'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
And grace my fears reliev'd;
How preciouse did that grace appear,
The hour I first believ'd !
Thro' many dangers, toils and snare,
I have already come;
'Tis grace has brought me safe thus far,
And grace will lead me home.
The Lord has promised good to me.
His word my hope secures;
He will my shield and protion be,
As long as life endures.
Yes, when this flesh and heart shall fail,
And mortal life shall cease;
I shall profess, within the vail,
A life of joy and peace.
The earth shall soon dissolve like snow,
The sun forbear to shine;
But God, who call'd me here below,
will be for ever mine.
John Newton wrote the words to one of the most beloved hymns of all time between 1760 and 1770, while working as an evangelical pastor. Son of the commander of a merchant ship, Newton was captain of a slave ship for many years, until he underwent a dramatic religious conversion while steering his vessel through a storm.
Repenting and regretting the misery he had inflicted on the thousands of human cargo he had transported across the Middle Passage for many years, he devoted his life to the Church, and wrote the lyrics to many hymns which are still popular today.
In 1780 Newton left Olney to become rector of St. Mary Woolnoth, St. Mary Woolchurch, in London. There he drew large congregations and influenced many, among them William Wilberforce. Newton continued to preach until the last year of life, although he was blind by that time. He died in London December 21, 1807.
It's the song lead me to know God. Last night we had special church event for Jesus crucifixion. My heart was so deeply touched by God's grace again. When we sung this song my tears was full of my eyes. It's Easter Friday 9 years ago, i decided to come before God ,let Lord be my savior and give me my life to Jesus while we were singing this song in Denton church. God is good, God is great , God is awesome.

A little friendship
Haven't written anything for a while... recently kind of busy... one of Thomas' classmate will move out of town ,he is the best friend of Thomas, we'll meet him and his mom this Saturday on McDonald's' and tonight we bought a really nice gift for him- a crystal picture frame with friends theme on it, and we put a little message on the bottom. Thomas and Isaac are really good friends, they've been at the same class since 3 year old. They're like brothers sometime really compete to each other. I've already felt heart-broken for Thomas. But his mom ask us if we can visit them in Colorado sometime in the future.
