Jimmie is a good friend from work. He is getting married this Octobor and he works so hard - I admire him for that. He told me lots of things happened from work. I really feel blessed of having such a loyal friend at work.
Jimmie is also good friend of my boss M, but they can not get long each other well at work. Outside the work they are buddies and hang out together a lot. They both are very demanding at work. Recently a project I am working on are involved with both of them. Jimmie complained about M a lot to me because he thought M asked him too much. I know M is very bossy, but sometime it's not good idea to confront people like him. I was trying to tell Jimmie that M thought Jimmie was his good friend that's why he asked Jimmie to do too many things for him as a favor.
I know the real problem is that both of them are very outgoing and want some power to control the department. - That's understandable, men always want more power.
Jimmie looks so frustrated recently...
