My good friend Ping called me this afternoon, she was really upset and told me about her worried about her daughter. Her daughter was diagnosed as learning disability recently. She could not accept the fact because Ping was a straight A student and she has an awesome career.
We've been talking about her daughter a lot, I don't know how to comfort or help her but I think Ping did the best to help her daughter. There is limitation of human beings, if you did the best you could and still couldn't make the goal, then you have to accept the fact.
I know her feelings - desperate and defeated... but I believe God created everyone of us to have a special purpose, you don't have to be the same or good grades or career to live in happy life.
If you feel you can not do anything to change your situation, just pray... whatever the outcome is, you have to accept it.
